NOTICE: 4th and Final Round: COVID-19 Supplemental Payment Requests

Good Afternoon Multifamily Section 8 Owners and Agents: Pursuant to HUD Notice H 2021-05, dated September 16, 2021, NHC has once again been assigned by HUD to process COVID-19 Supplemental Payment Requests (CSP Requests) – Round IV. Round IV Requests cover expenses incurred form April 1, 2021 through October 31, 2021. DEADLINE: Due by November 19, 2021. To assist you with your eligibility assessment and preparation of the CSP Request form, the following documents are provided: CSP Round IV – One Page Summaryn, CSP Round IV – Qs and Asn, and CSP Round IV – Owner Application Process. Once the final CSP Request form is published later this month, NHC will provide detailed processing instructions.  This notification is expected during the last week of October, after which time, we will accept CSP forms for processing
